Calculator tells how much sprawl costs us

Chek out this website for the San Francisco League of Conservation Voters sprawl cost calculator.

You punch in the households per acre in your neck of the woods and find out how much less you will pay for gas, how much less pollution you will produce, and how much less water you will use in a more compact development.

Sure beats sprawling the way we’re sprawling now and paying for it with direct delivery of sewage water to our taps…

    Hey, that’s an impressive calculator, that San Francisco ’sprawl-ator’!

    Salinas, CA , way to go! Thanks! Lets get more Tucson folks here and dump Fred this year for a guy with a vision, a heart and some good ideas. We already know he’s no dope.
