Steve, a suggestion. If you are going to have post categories, don’t have a ‘General’ category. Before you know it, everything will be in there. Take a few minutes and think about what taxonomy your blog really needs. Something like: events, announcement, endorsement, fundraising, fred-watch, and your major issues might be good to start with, and then build new additions from there.
I would like to see a more substantial post about the DM neighborhood noise ordinance issue. I really don’t understand it too well. As I’m sure many of those not directly affected don’t.

Yes, good point, Michael on both counts. The General category was the default choice, and in most cases I have indicated a different and specific category for postings. I’ll go back through and purge the General comments soon.
I have some discussion of the DM issue in various places, but I will do an overall posting of an issue page soon. Thanks for the advice.
