Foothills Money Still Flowing for Fred
The campaign finance reports are in through 8/24/05, and Fred Ronstadt’s Foothills money is still flowing in.
Most of Fred’s contributors can’t vote in the City, but they certainly do open their wallets to help their candidate do their bidding:

Steve, I think that your contribution comparison has been one the most powerful statements about your values as a candidate. Unfortunately, you have a primary before your have a general against Fred. I think you have missed an opportunity by not also looking at Nina’s funding. It could well be that there would be no discernable difference between the two of you, but it might have been another legitmate point of differentiation between the two Democrats.
